Charlie McDonnell’s latest video was really thought-provoking for me. Not because I never thought of how he feels before, of course I have; it just surprises me how many people are deducing that he must have feelings for some celebrity.
You know, his life looks pretty damn good from the outside, but I would never want to feel like I owe my public every little bit of myself. I hope he wouldn’t be offended if he knew I felt sorry for him sometimes.
Y’know someday I hope to see Charlie in a pub, just to buy him a drink and go away again. Just something nice and uncomplicated. Because, if anything, after the hours of work he puts into his videos and the few meagre little adverts I get in return, I owe him.
Look. I’m trying really hard not to develop a crush on a guy on the internet whom I’ve never spoken to, and you’re just making it difficult.
